Where I Get My Own Bodybuilding Tips
Although my website is only about creatine, I do from time to time get questions from people who want me to give them actual training advice and diet advice and are keen to know where I get my information. In order to be a little more helpful to my visitors I decided to write a short blog with said information.
I read a lot of books. I have Arnold’s The New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding, which is the first book I ever bought. I have Vince Gironda’s Wild Physique, Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe, The Westside Barbell Book of Methods by Louie Simmons, Winning The Arms Race and Poliquin Principles by Charles Poliquin and also Science and Practice of Strength Training by Zatsiorsky Kraemer.
